freetalk for 5.19.06: Welcome to chapter 5! As you can see from the cover, this one's gonna be a doozie! Yasushi, Yoshi, and Ted will definitely be making appearances in this chapter. I'm definitely trying my best to make sure the secondary characters get some 'screen time' . . . I don't want them in the story just as a convenience, you know? Also . . . who's that chick at the bottom? Is that the girl Watanabe found online?! Uh-oh . . . I'll have to leave the rest of the cover to interpretation XD This particular cover gave me a bit of grief--it was originally just Ted, Ryo, Mitsuru, and Watanabe standing there, and after I colored it, I thought, 'what the heck can I do to this to make it less plain?!' So, I decided to make it a photo collage of sorts. I drew the candy cane and the two other pictures on a separate sheet of paper and added them all together in Photoshop. I think it makes it a little more pleasing to the eye, even if the anatomy might be off in some parts o_o;
