freetalk for 2.26.07: This current page is a little wonky. I cannot lie--I literally fell asleep with the pen in my hand during the inking of the first panel, and it kind of went downhill from there (thank goodness for Photoshop and its ability to erase stray pen lines!). I'm more happy with it now that it's all toned and shiny, but there was a time when I wanted to redo the entire page. Luckily, those feelings passed pretty quickly! The fifth panel is a strange transitional thing--one minute Shizuka is screaming she'll kill herself if Mitsuru breaks up with her (note the sweatdrop Mitsuru is sporting), and then she turns right around says 'kiss me!' . . . Mitsuru's supposed to still look taken aback, but his face is more of a 'mild disgust'? I don't know . . . but I liked it too much to change it o_o; Learning process, everyone! XD;; Anyone have any thoughts on what he might be giving Shizuka?
